Originally built as the grand dining room of The George Hotel in 1886, during a boom period for Melbourne’s seaside suburb.
Over more than a century it has hosted weddings, celebrations and, in the late 20th century under names like the Crystal and Seaview Ballroom, was a key venue in Melbourne’s live music scene.
The space was beautifully restored and reopened in 2015, preserving its ornate Victorian charm.
